What shipping methods are available?

We deliver using our own transport or in cooperation with specialized logistics companies that professionally handle the transport and delivery of upholstered furniture.

Do you ship internationally?

Nacanapa is an online store offering upholstered furniture, currently delivering only within Poland. In the near future, we plan to expand our offer to include shipping across the entire European Union.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once the order status changes to “shipped”, the delivery should reach you within 2–3 business days.

Payment

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments via PayU, Comfino installment plans (including 0% installments), cash on delivery, traditional bank transfer, and card payments.

Is online shopping safe?

Yes, online shopping in our store is completely safe. The website is protected by an SSL certificate, ensuring your data is secure. All payments are processed through encrypted and trusted payment gateways, guaranteeing that every transaction is secure and meets the highest standards.

Orders and Returns

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply add the chosen product to your cart, proceed to the checkout form, and fill in your delivery and payment details. The order is placed once you click the “Order with obligation to pay” button. A confirmation of your order and sales agreement will be sent to your email address.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Until the order is accepted for processing, you can cancel or modify it by contacting us via email at biuro@nacanapa.com. The seller reserves the right to cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing or technical error.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, having an account is not required. You can place an order as a guest using the checkout form. However, having an account allows for easier order tracking and access to your purchase history.

How can I track my order?

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the shipment is dispatched, the order status will change to “shipped” — from that moment, delivery should take place within 2–3 business days. Orders are delivered using our own transport or by specialized logistics companies.

How can I return a product?

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. Simply send a withdrawal statement to info@nacanapa.com or in writing to the company’s registered address. The product should be returned to: ul. Koralowa 16, 63-600 Olszowa. Refunds will be made within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement but may be withheld until the returned product is received.
